Position Summary
The Nurse Practitioner will provide both aesthetic treatments and integrative health care
services. In addition to injectables, you’ll work with advanced devices such as
microneedling, RF microneedling, and CO₂ laser technology. You will also care for patients
enrolled in weight loss and hormone therapy programs, working directly under the
guidance of Dr. Plateroti. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate
about patient outcomes and wants to contribute to both personal growth and practice
success.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Medicine
Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables,
microneedling, RF microneedling, and CO₂ laser procedures.
Conduct patient consultations, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor
outcomes.
Educate patients on procedures, safety, pre-/post-care, and skin health.
Maintain detailed documentation of all treatments in compliance with HIPAA.
Integrative Health & Wellness
Provide care for patients in weight loss and hormone therapy programs.
Collaborate with Dr. Plateroti to develop and adjust treatment protocols.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and long-term wellness.
Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed for optimal results.
Practice Growth & Development
Support patient engagement, education, and retention strategies.
Participate in practice initiatives designed to expand services and elevate patient
experience.
Contribute ideas and collaborate with leadership to improve workflow and outcomes.
Actively participate in professional development opportunities and advanced training.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or integrative health
Proficiency with injectables, microneedling, RF microneedling, and laser platforms
Strong interest in weight management, hormone therapy, and holistic patient care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, patient-first
environment.
