Job Description:
As a Picker/Packer & Customer Support Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Starlink products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers while providing exceptional support to resolve inquiries and enhance the customer experience. Attention to detail, speed, and a customer-first mindset are essential to meet our high standards and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Verify order details and inspect products for defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat regarding orders, shipping status, product questions, and troubleshooting.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly while maintaining accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse, packing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Team player with good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (e.g., email and order management systems).
