Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Remediation Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and related services. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy physical work, and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes using specialized equipment.

Perform mold remediation tasks, including containment setup and material removal under supervision.

Clean and sanitize affected areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.

Support technicians in assessing damage and documenting job progress.

Maintain equipment and keep work vehicles clean and organized.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Basic knowledge of construction or restoration processes.

Experience with hand tools or equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with safety protocols in a construction or remediation environment.
