Castlerock Development has been building new home communities on the Central Coast for over 30 years
We are looking for a highly motivated and unique individual to lead our marketing and social media effort.
Currently we are building OakRidgeAtascadero.com and are excited about finding the right person to market this project.
This position offers the ability for you to play a key role in creating and executing our marketing and media strategies.
Working with the president of the company, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping to drive project awareness.
This role is perfect for an expert marketer with up to date knowledge and a passion for creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the president to create an innovative and up to date marketing strategy.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various projects.
Create content for social media platforms, blog, website, and other marketing opportunities.
Update, monitor, and manage social media platforms.
Analyze competition, available data, evaluate success, and provide insights based on results.
Collaborate with top management of other departments to ensure clear messaging and identity.
Creation and implementation of SEO strategies.
Be up to date on industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in content creation and copywriting.
Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in social media tools and implementation and recommendation of new marketing software.
Self motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

The planned pay range for candidates being offered this position is $60,000 to $85,000 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
