We are seeking a skilled Tool Tech/Molding Machine Operator to join our team. As a Tool Tech/Molding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. If you have experience changing and performing maintenance on molds we want to talk to you. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and strong math skills.
Duties of the Tool Tech/Molding Machine Operator:
Set up and operate molding machines to produce molded products.
Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on molding machines to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary repairs.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Complete production logs and reports accurately.
Requirements of the Tool Tech/Molding Machine Operator:
1+ year experience operating molding machines or similar equipment required
Technical knowledge of molding processes and machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Computer skills
Strong math skills
