Autocraft is a leading auto body shop committed to quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers and help ensure a smooth repair process.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive attitude
Schedule appointments and provide repair updates
Assist customers with insurance claims and paperwork
Maintain accurate records in the shop’s management system
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and parts suppliers
Handle payments and process invoices
Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications
✅ Customer service experience (auto industry experience is a plus!)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency with computers and office software
✅ Team player with a problem-solving mindset
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
