Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify necessary repairs and maintenance issues.
Estimates: Provide detailed repair estimates, explaining costs and outlining recommended services to customers.
Technician Interaction: Accurately communicate customer needs and repair details to service technicians.
Progress Updates: Regularly update customers on the status of their RV repairs and address any questions they may have.
Parts Ordering: Coordinate the ordering of necessary parts for repairs.
Quality Control: Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met before vehicle delivery to the customer.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate service records, update customer information, and complete necessary paperwork. Process warranty repair pre authorizations; be it manufacturer or extended warranty
