Key duties and details for Office Assistant:
- Answer phone
- Prepare correspondence and transmittals for regular and overnight mail
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- General clerical and administrative tasks
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Benefits (Medical, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay) upon successful transition to company
- Paid weekly
Qualifications for Office Assistant:
- 2-3 years administrative/receptionist experience
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to prioritize work, projects and requests
- Must be able to pass skills assessment test (Typing, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 34 lbs
