Office Manager with QuickBooks Experience

The Paso Robles Non-Profit Housing Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated office manager with financial and Quickbooks experience. We manage the Chet Dotter Senior 40 unit Housing Complex in Paso Robles. The position will start out as part-time approximately 10 hours per week. Starting Wage range will be $30-$50/hour depending on experience. The key skills we are looking for are:

1. Proficiency in accounting principles and practices

2. Experience with QuickBooks software

3. Prepare Monthly financial reports and assist with CPA required information.

4. Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a management team
