Del Mar Property Mgmt is seeking a part time Assistant to work in the office 25 hours per week. Del Mar PM is one of the longest running property management companies on the central coast founded in 1992. We manage residential units primarily in the 5-Cities.
Hours would be 9pm-2pm M-F and occasionally 10-2pm on Saturdays.
Role responsibilities
answering phone, checking emails, greeting people who walk into the office. These are prospective applicants, tenants, property owners or contractors. Help each one get the information they need.
Use Yardi property management software to keep accounts up-to-date.
Accept and review applications from prospective tenants
Various other office tasks that could include filing, running errands, preparing notices
Seeking someone with 0-5 years of experience, we will offer training. From our experience it is best to apply if you:
Enjoy talking to and engaging with people
Have a high attention to detail
Have a strong memory for details
Are proficient with computers including knowledge of office suite
Have basic accounting skills or an aptitude with numbers
