The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and polished Sales Associate to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, has an eye for design, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Welcome clients and provide an elevated, personalized sales experience.
Guide customers through furniture selections, fabrics, finishes, and layouts.
Build strong client relationships and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a beautiful showroom environment.
Achieve sales goals and contribute to the store’s success.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of retail, hospitality, or sales experience (furniture or design a plus).
Strong communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Passion for design, outdoor living, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Weekend availability (our busiest client shopping times).
