Compensation: $30-40 – Depending on experience
Job Description:
We are a local general contractor focusing on custom homes and remodels. We are seeking a full-time carpenter with experience and who can perform all types of tasks related to framing and general carpentry. The right candidate should be able to follow direction, have a good work ethic, reliable, positive attitude, and take pride in job performance.
Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Framing walls, roofs, and other structures
- Installing windows, doors, cabinets, and other fixtures
- Performing finishing work such as trim, molding, and flooring installation
- Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations on job sites
Requirements:
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter
- General carpenter tools
- Professional references
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be punctual, presentable and reliable. Pay is based on valid experience and competitive to current market pay rates for our trade industry.
