We are offering a management position at our Arroyo Grande farm. Candidate must have experience in auto repair and diesel equipment repair, and must have extensive welding and shop experience (fabrication, mig, tig, stick welding, using press brake, etc). All fabrication, production and maintenance is for the facility - no contracting or field work.
Job and shop description and requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
Managing 4-5 employees including welders and maintenance personnel.
Supervising the servicing and repair of vehicles, equipment, and trailers including generators, construction machinery (skid steers, mini ex, wheel loader, backhoe, reachlifts, propane, diesel and electric forklifts), numerous gas and diesel trucks and delivery vans, and offroad vehicles.
Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance schedules.
Improving assembly line and production systems and upgrading equipment.
On call and after hour emergency repairs.
