Landscape Construction Project Manager – California
We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee landscape and hardscape construction in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties.
What You will Do:
-Manage and document projects from start to finish
-Client interaction: maintain good communication with client
-Schedule workload, crews and subcontractors.
-Order and schedule material and equipment
-Oversee that all Cal/OSHA safety procedures are followed.
-Close out projects with all documentation and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking for:
-5 + years of landscape construction project management
-Able to prepare bids and work up change orders.
-Able to read plans and do take offs and prepare submittal packages.
-Strong knowledge of plants, plant layout, irrigation design and hardscape.
-Valid and clean California driver’s license
-Bilingual (English / Spanish)
-Industry certifications a bonus.
