In the Role:
As a Bioinformatics Scientists you will be working alongside cross-functional teams in order to develop biomarker testing soltuions. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to analyzing software requirements, designing data analysis pipelines, designing complex informatics/data visualization, test automations and writing test cases
Skill Set:
Ms or PhD in Bioinformatics or related field of study
PhD with 3+ or MS with 5+ years of work experience
Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
Mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms
