Job Title: Building EngineerJob DescriptionWe seek a dedicated Building Engineer to manage and maintain the mechanical, electrical, and control systems within our facility. Your responsibilities will include operation, replacement, repair, and preventive maintenance of air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and more. You will ensure that all maintenance procedures are performed properly, maintain the tool department, oversee water treatment programs, and keep engineering areas in clean and neat order. You must be knowledgeable in safety protocols and demonstrate excellent customer service skills with staff, tenants, vendors, and owners. Additionally, you will work within a CMMS system for inventory management and maintenance scheduling, and be familiar with BMS systems and irrigation systems. Your duties will also include performing plumbing maintenance, maintaining drain lines, and overseeing work performed by outside contractors.Hard Skills

The team currently includes 1 technician, 1 apprentice technician, and the FM. The building is located in San Bruno and will require additional coverage as it grows.
