CFET Coordinator will have the following responsibilities :HMIS Quality AssuranceResponsibilitiesRun CFET reports, and other reports as required by Site Manager; provides other needed information on request, ensuring that all participant data and demographics are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion. Generates and reviews reports generated by VSAS.Assists with audits, quarterly and annual reports; ensures accuracy & resolves issues with VSASCoordinates with the career center staff and CTE as needed for data entry and verification.Will assist the Site Manager with other related duties as required including clerical, administrative and other miscellaneous tasks.Responsible for CFET communication with the county.Supportive Service CoordinatorResponsibilitiesCase Management. The Coordinator will manage intake / benefits screening and helping families apply for safety net benefits such as Medi-Cal and CalFreshDocumentation of Service Referrals. Through Case Management, SalesForce, HMIS and other tools, employee will record service referrals made, contacted, connected and refused.Community outreach and presentations. Establish and maintain public relations and working relationships with partner organizations for purposes of outreach, referrals and networking. Specifically, employee will disseminate JobTrain materials, keep a calendar of events, conduct presentations, and maintain contact with community organizations to promote JobTrain with the assistance of the Career Center staff. Will represent JobTrain at community events and meetings, including occasional weekends and evenings. Some travel throughout the county is required [though infrequent.]Follow-up and organization is essential.SkillsDemonstrated problem-solving abilityEffectively and collaboratively able to work as part of a team.Expert communication skills and individual counseling abilities.Skilled at establishing effective inter-agency relations and developing resource networks.Demonstrated affinity for details and remaining organized in fast-change environments.Regular work attendance is required with some flexibility as requested and required.Understands how to manage confidential information, appropriate disclosure and data / document destruction.Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to coordinate with professionals and clients from diverse backgrounds, working at various levels.Accuracy in maintaining client records using databases.Knowledge of city and county safety net programs and services.Ability to work effectively with youth, adults, veterans, and seniors, from diverse economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.ExperienceExperience providing counseling services and case management.Trauma Informed communication skillsExperience presenting information sessions to various-sized groups.Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office 365, Google Office, etc.).Experience in database operations and / or oversight of reportingExperience with nonprofit organizationsExperience in HMIS a plus, but not required.EducationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year experience or, completion of two years of college and three (3) years related experience, or 5 years related work experience.
