Overview :Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid, and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Marketing Assistant / Analyst.Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorshipLocation : Remote (Long Beach, CA)Duration : 12+ monthsShift Timings : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PMResponsibilities :Support Principal, Performance, and Execution Analyst in reviewing campaign marketing data and building executive-level reports with results and insights.Work with Marketing Leadership to refine the story in the reports.Work with Marketing Leadership to make recommendations on future optimizations.Ensure accuracy of Data coming from the client’s systems into the Agency, and back into the client’s systems as needed.Identify any data issues and work swiftly with clients, the Digital team, the Shield link team, and our agency as necessary to identify root causes and move to swift resolution. Escalate as appropriate with leadership if need be.Make recommendations for Marketing on how to structure A / B testing.Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables) :Marketing Campaign Analytics – 2 years min including the ability to do data visualizationMarketing Reporting and Insights – 2-year minIdentifying the root cause of data issues and working cross-functionally toward a speedy resolution.Preferred Skills (nice to have)Understand how to structure A / B tests and ensure it is statistically significant.Strong CommunicatorSelf-StarterEducation Requirements : Bachelors.Software Skills Required : Excel and TableauI'd love to talk to you if you think this position is right up your alley, and assure prompt communication, whichever direction.
