TORXUN Vehicle Access Technologies, a leader with a 40+-year legacy designing and manufacturing automated vehicle and pedestrian gate systems and components seeks a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing business. As an Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks essential to the marketing and sales team and revenue growth of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with three or more years of recent administrative experience in outside-customer facing roles and looking to grow their career within a well-run, dynamic company.
What is the Job?
This is an administrative position in the sales department, supporting the departmental systems and process.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and varied environment. The position requires a variety of tasks to be performed and is not routine by any measure. It will include the following and more: basic answering of customer calls and emails; executing marketing campaigns to gain market share; CRM database
management and analysis; project database analysis, processing; social media “feeding” and tracking; customer follow-up calls; preparing presentations; making outgoing sales calls; coordinating logistics for trade shows; performing estimates using internal estimating tools; and project tracking.
The successful candidate will have a “True” multitasking capability with at least 3 to 5 years experience working in an administrative role in a sales or marketing departments, along with a positive, can-do attitude. Good communication skills and up-to-date computer and internet skills are essential to a successful career here at TORXUN. College degree and marketing experience are preferred but not necessary.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator duties include:
● Working in a fast paced and varied environment.
● Basic answering of customer calls,
● Executing marketing campaigns to gain market share,
● Lead processing,
● CRM database management and analysis,
● Basic hand-sketch work,
● Social media “feeding” and tracking,
● Customer follow-up calls,
● Site visits to customer locations.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator position qualifications are:
● 3 to 5 years experience in an administrative role in a sales or marketing department.

● Good communication skills
● “True” multitasking capability
● Up-to-date computer and internet skills
● College degree is preferred but not necessary,
● Previous marketing experience is preferred but not necessary
Compensation and Benefits
$45,000 - $60,000 salary based on demonstrated skills $1000 “Signing” bonus at 90days for direct hires. Enrollment in 401K program with company match Healthcare insurance benefits for individual Paid vacation and holidays.
