JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with all equipment and supplies needed for daily installation tasks. Responsible for daily status updates and weekly equipment reports ensuring limited to no equipment loss, as well as ordering supplies needed for daily installation tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Issue/Return equipment to technicians on a daily and/or weekly basis as needed
Stock equipment & parts on shelves in the Warehouse and keep it clean and organized
Deliver vehicles that need repair to the designated facility
Meet deadlines by reconciling accurate technician inventory levels (Daily Basis)
Assign uniforms, tools and safety gear to all technicians. Acquire signed invoices for all tools, uniforms and safety gear that is distributed
Keep inventory room locked, stocked and organized
Maximize use of time to effectively complete work
Keep the Warehouse clean and organized
Treat all fellow employees with respect
Able to work with minimal Supervision
Must be able to know all the Equipment & Parts that we have in the Warehouse
Perform any other management requests or directives as they relate to the overall function of Company policy
Job Requirements
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent GED
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Must have the ability to certify on fork lift
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills with high degree of mathematical accuracy (EXCEL)
Able to read and understand shipping and receiving paperwork
Able to lift to 75 lbs. unassisted
Able to use a Pallet Jack
Must have valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background test and drug screen
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Warehouse environment
Exposure to moderate noise levels
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment (safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of the equipment
Ability to accurately measure distances, using tapes or other measuring devices
EQUIPMENT USED:
Standard office equipment, security equipment, computer/printer, copy machine, fax machine
