IOS Developer (Only on W2) - Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA (Day1 Onsite)

Job Description:
Responsibilities: -

• Design, development, documentation, and troubleshooting of iOS application with a focus on optimal user experience
• More specifically, write clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately.
• Design complex modules and review high level and detail designs
• Contribute as a developer on larger challenging software projects through development of medium and complex features on iOS platform
• Review code during various stages of development life cycle and log comments
• Test software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Debug and analyse the application for defects, crashes, memory leaks and other performance issues
• Run application on supported devices and iOS versions Support various testing, go-live and warranty phases of the project
• Analyze requirements and assist in effort estimation for various modules
• Coordinate with other team members to complete project tasks as well as mentor and help them in their development
• Lead projects within our Agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles.
• Work with clients or partners to determine project needs and define ideal technical solutions.
• Demonstrate and promote the adoption of best practices in software development
• Mentor and help develop other team engineers

Skills & Qualifications: -

• 5+ years developing software for iOS native mobile platform.
• 5+ years of experience in Swift
• Development and validation of fully accessible mobile apps
• Experience with mobile software paradigms - MVC, MVVM, VIPER and when to use one over the other.
• Experience in Objective-C
• Experience with unit testing and/or UI testing and how to write modular, testable code that can support these testing needs
• Experience interfacing with RESTful and other backend APIs
• Strong technical knowledge in
• Data types, Foundation classes, Properties
• Protocols, Delegates and Notifications
• Categories, Extensions, KVO/KVC, Constraints
• Autolayouts and Responsive UI
• Core Data, SQLite
• ARC, GCD, Blocks
• Playgrounds, NIBs and Storyboards
• Drawing using CoreGraphics, CoreAnimation
• Memory profiling
• Experience with Git or any other version control

Added advantage: -

• Basic knowledge of Javascript.
• SwiftUI experience
• client Pay, Siri integration
• CoreML and ARKit
• Experience in uploading applications to client's app store
• Experience with working in Agile and DevOps model
• Experience with unit & integration Testing and CI/C
