Here is your opportunity!Walmart's Global Marketplace and E-Commerce Compliance team is looking for a Seller Compliance Policy Manager to help achieve regulatory compliance. You will lead large complex projects, develop project plans and timelines partnering with cross-functional teams , including Business, Legal, Policy, Product, Operations and others, across the global enterprise.Your work will make E-Commerce safer for millions of people , and you will have a direct impact on the business goals of the Fortune #1. This role also offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve Global Compliance for Walmart's E-Commerce omni-channel products, i.e. KYC, KYB, screening, due diligence, monitoring, and testing , across the various international markets and countries supported by Walmart.Walmart Global Marketplace and E-Commerce Compliance is focused on enabling Walmart's platform to deliver regulatory compliant solutions ensuring that Walmart meets all relevant regulations and standards throughout the life cycle.What you'll do

Provides guidance and direction to the team ensuring deliverables are compliant with policies, procedures, goals and objectives of the Global Marketplace and E-Commerce Compliance organization.

Create and refine standards that address Walmart's platform development to adhere to required regulations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy decisions are aligned

Identify compliance risk optimizing Walmart processes, products controls and adherence to industry standards, laws, and regulations.

Collaborate with leadership to align analytical efforts with organizational goals. Apply data analysis to shape strategic initiatives, foster growth, and ensure the organization stays ahead.

Develop written materials and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Maintain documentation on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Assess, respond to complex issues and coordinate with other teams to manage risks.

What you will bring

5 to 7 years of experience in a Policy Leadership Role.

Experience with Identity Compliance.

Team leadership experience.

Knowledge of applicable global KYC, KYB, AML, Due Diligence, Screening regulations.

Strong Excel and SQL proficiency.

Bachelor's or equivalent years of work experience

CAMS Certification preferred
