As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is seeking an Program Manager to work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organization's financial and strategic goals across its program of works.The Program Manager will help our client accomplish their program aspirations to drive efficiency and innovation. You will work within a team of professional business consultants with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder management.
Knowledge in project & program management best practices and applications.
Manage stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, District Program Managers, Design Execution, Construction, Project Controls Group, and more.
Assist with program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
Assist with the development of program improvement initiatives.
Assist in the setup and management of Program Tools - such as decision making framework, Action Trackers, Issue Trackers, Risk Registers, Program Directories etc.
Maintain the program operational framework, including the setup, preparation and facilitation of program meetings.
Prepare, compile and distribute minutes, reports and presentations where required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience on major projects and programs.
Proven record of successfully implementing processes and procedures on major projects or programs.
Proficiency in reporting systems and tools - Google Suite, Tableau, Data Studio
Excellent communicator with various stakeholders including high-level management.
Proficiency in reporting systems and tools - Microsoft Office and basic dashboard skills.

Key Required Attributes:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work in a team environment or independently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to visually present data.
A good understanding of standard forms of contract.
Desirable:
Master's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
5 years on-site construction management experience.
Accreditation by AACE, PMI, or similar associations.
Additional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $120K-$150K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.Onsite / in-office work is required.
