Job Description:
The role will be responsible for fielding internal inquiries from support teams and sales teams, including technical and operations consults regarding vehicle ads merchants.
You will also directly support third-party partners and Merchants who are trying to integrate or utilize Shopping features.
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM PST to 8:00 PM PST (Coverage for morning time in Japan)
Responsibilities:
Support partners in integrating their data and platforms.
Ad hoc reporting requests/SQL queries.
Provide high touch technical support.
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from partnership teams.
Experience:
Initial triage of bug reports
Data quality status responses
Store feed allowlisting (config)
Skills:
Japanese language is nice to have
Customer Service
Troubleshooting data feed issues
Project / Program Management - intermediate
Familiarity with gMail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet
Familiarity with eCommerce and Ads strongly preferred but not required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
