This position is part of the Accounts Receivable Department and will be in Santa Clara office – Hybrid role At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Generate collection related reports and distribute to team/management as required.
Support collections function with any necessary communications with internal and external customers.
Own/manage the customer invoicing process.
Work on special AR related projects as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience with 9+ years of experience OR Masters degree with 7+ years of experience.
5+ years of experience in Credit/Accounts Receivable
Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with an emphasis on the ability to prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look-ups and pivot tables
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
Experience with SAP
Financial statement analysis
