Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all hard chrome plating, grinding, repair, and finishing operations.Assess production capacity across stripping, masking, plating, baking, grinding, and finishing operations.Analyze current-state workflows and develop future-state processes to improve throughput, reduce lead times, and increase On-Time Delivery performance.Implement Lean Manufacturing tools, including Gemba, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Kaizen.Develop KPI dashboards focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.Reduce cycle times, eliminate waste, and improve operational performance.Coach and develop supervisors and production personnel.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and air quality.
