In this role within Pre-Assessment Testing (PAT), you will provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care to each patient based upon their individual needs. You will coordinate preparations for incoming surgical patients
You will provide instructions on pre-operative care and day of service care
You will maintain patient records and documents according to standards
You will collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff You will maintain vigilance of patient progression toward meeting discharge criteria
You will maintain professional and effective working relationships with all members of the Health Care Team
You will support the mission, philosophy and goals of the HCA Hospital
What qualifications you will need:
This role is for the Pre- Assessment Testing department
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current California Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
Current BLS, ACLS & PALS
Minimum 1-year previous experience in nursing
