Sr. Administrative Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Thousand Oaks, California. The successful candidate will function in a client-facing capacity, managing calendar schedules, coordinating events, and assisting with open houses. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate scheduling and calendar events Facilitate client communication and address customer inquiries Organize and coordinate events as needed Assist in making travel arrangements and completing expense reports Use Microsoft Office and other software such as Concur and About Time to maintain and update records Assist in budget processes and manage administrative tasks Coordinate conference calls and meetings Provide comprehensive administrative support as necessary Ensure effective communication and coordination for open houses Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrable experience with Concur and About Time software Familiarity with budget processes and ability to assist in managing budgets Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in setting up and managing conference calls Ability to provide high-level administrative assistance and support Experience in coordinating events, from planning to execution Expertise in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Ability to complete expense reports accurately and promptly.
