Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utility construction, including both dry and wet utilities
Proficiency in using construction equipment
Understanding of trenching, grading, and shoring techniques
Expert knowledge of underground utilities construction
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Effective coordination with general contractor, superintendent, and subcontractor
