Description Paralegal opportunity in the South Bay! Robert Half is working with a national firm looking for multiple paralegals to join a growing team! These paralegals will primarily work on products liability defense matters, mostly vehicle manufacturer liability . This role involves handling a variety of paralegal duties with a focus on product liability and auto warranty defense. Responsibilities: Oversee daily case activities, ensuring an organized and efficient workflow Review, analyze and summarize discovery documents to aid in case preparation Provide comprehensive defense litigation support, drawing on your previous experience in this area Assist with trial preparations, demonstrating your ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Use litigation support software to manage and track case progress Maintain regular communication with attorneys, offering updates and insights on case progress Apply your knowledge of civil litigation to contribute to case strategies Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards of legal compliance and ethics Collaborate closely with other paralegals and legal assistants, fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment Use your experience in insurance defense litigation to provide strategic advice and guidance.Requirements Applicant must have a minimum of three years experience in a Paralegal role.
