Lead activities across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network. You will work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will also ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. Key Responsibilities
Lead teams of production planners in managing the master production schedule (MPS)
Monitor MPS and make improvements based on MPS load and MPS attainment.
Collaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute production plans.
Optimize material management procedures
Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership.
Build a world-class team, implement Lean Six Sigma techniques, and drive continuous improvement to excel in all Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs).
Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data.

5+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Planning, Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.
Experience working in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
APICS or CPIM Certification.
