Description We are seeking an experienced CPA to join our team based in Tracy, California. This role involves a focus on tax-related tasks and requires a high level of accounting expertise. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze company tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Analyze financial documents and reports to identify tax-related implications Implement tax plans effectively, from preparation to execution Support financial audits by ensuring tax documents are available and accurately maintained Advise on tax-saving strategies in accordance with compliance rules Regularly update on tax regulation changes and their potential impacts Resolve tax notices or discrepancies by liaising with IRS or other tax authorities Consult on corporate finance matters Assure corporate income tax compliance to assure accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for efficient processing and analysis.
