Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Turlock, California. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and processing payroll. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the organization Maintain and process accounts payable and accounts receivable Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting Responsible for month end close procedures Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accurate Handle account inquiries and resolve any discrepancies Utilize a high level of detail to maintain accurate customer credit records Assist with other accounting duties as needed Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Month End Close procedures Knowledge of Payroll procedures Proficiency in QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
