Description We are offering an employment opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry for a Collections Specialist in Irvine, California. The selected individual will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability within our operations by managing our collections processes and handling customer accounts. Responsibilities: Make collections calls regularly to ensure timely payments Establish payment arrangements with clients to facilitate smooth transactions Accurately post payments to respective accounts Manage billing functions and resolve discrepancies promptly Handle cash collections effectively and efficiently Oversee both Commercial and Consumer collections Ensure accurate recording and management of collections Liaise with third parties for collections if necessary Handle insurance, medical, and other specific collections as per the requirement Manage site collections and self-pay collections in a detail oriented manner.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collections Specialist in the Real Estate & Property industry. Proficiency in Billing Functions and Cash Handling. Must be adept at Collections, both Commercial and Consumer. Knowledge and experience in Collections management.
