Description We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in Union City, California. This role focuses on efficiently processing customer requests, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring a high quality of service delivery. This is a short term contract position that offers an opportunity to work within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.Responsibilities: Efficiently process and key in customer and salesperson orders into the Order Entry system. Provide detailed information to customers including sales history, delivery information, pricing, and collection. Maintain and update customer master record information, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Handle customer and salesman pick-ups, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing updates on order fulfillment status. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing solutions and alternatives as needed. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Work collaboratively with sales personnel to address and resolve order fulfillment issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel and Outlook Experience in customer service and sales within a retail setting Familiarity with office functions and order entry procedures Ability to handle invoice processing and payment processing tasks efficiently Knowledge of pricing strategies, collection processes, and claim administration Understanding of credit systems and financial notes Experience in providing deskside support to customers Ability to execute tasks as per guidelines Good attendance record Experience in handling video conferencing or similar tools Familiarity with customer account management in a call center environment Ability to work onsite when required Experience in using templates for routine tasks Knowledge of ProFile software or similar A Plus certification or similar will be advantageous.
