Kelly Services is actively hiring for an Inventory Clerk to join one of our customers in Union City, CA. Our client is a leading logistics company in the area and they are looking for enthusiastic, experienced personnel to join their team.Hours:M-F 7AM- 330PMOT may be required depending on Company needsPay: 20+ DOEJob Duties:Process all aspects of materials (Receive, Pick, Pack, QC, & Ship) using warehouse inventory software¿s (FedEx, DHL, UPS, SAP, WMS, etc.)Perform inventory and cycle counts as required.Provide prompt and accurate customer service, assuring customer satisfactionMake or assist in determining decisions involving materials and parts movement and re-stocking.Follow all procedures (work instructions, training, etc.), safety and quality policies, processes, and customer profiles appropriately without making exceptions.Document and suggest course of action to clear all discrepancies.Arrange and maintain filing and recording systems.Documents and records activities for period end reporting.Inspect freights and follow appropriate reporting procedures (NCR & DMR).ESD Split Handling of integrated circuits.Maintains and adjusts stock levels and prepares documentation for reordering all packaging supplies.Split, strap, seal and QC of every order / shipment accurately.Forklift movement of pallets or shrink wrapping of pallets.Maintain ESD equipment, room, and supplies.Overall general upkeep of warehouse, and ensure warehouse safety.Additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience in general Warehouse Knowledge in receiving, warehouse management, order fulfillment, and shippingDetail oriented with 100% accuracy is a must without exceptionHave prior QC experience is requiredExcellent written and communication as well as customer service skills strongly requiredStrong Word and ExcelInventory Management Software experience preferred i.e. SAP, WMS, etc.Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Forklift Certified preferredWorks under general or minimal supervisionMinimum of high school diploma.Why Kelly ® ?You’re looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we’re here to help you do just that.
