The Administrative Assistant will work under the direction and guidance of the Executive Assistant and the VP, Business Strategy to provide administrative and personal support to the Chairman, NBCU Entertainment & Studios.Essential Responsibilities:Daily administrative duties including, but not limited to, managing appointments & reservations, maintaining rolodex, booking conference rooms, facilitating IT support, generating parking passes, managing arrivals, cataloging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating meals, setting reminders, and ordering & restocking office materialsEnsure calendar is up-to-date with latest event & meeting detailsAssist with travel itinerary and confirm any logisticsManage executive and talent gifting, including research, coordination, and execution of thoughtful and timely correspondencePrepare meeting materials including credit/client list, bio, & recent headlinesCover desk & phones of Executive Assistant when neededRun (often time-sensitive) errands on and off the lotInteract across all NBCUniversal business units and functions—including business affairs, HR, finance, legal, strategy, communications, distribution, marketing, production, and other enterprise teams
