Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first).Summary of Job:The Sr. Specialist on the Account Service team supports the client service and GTM accountability for one or more of our internal businesses. This role is responsible for supporting the creative development process from start to finish including project intake, QA process, creative deployment, and performance analysis. This position is responsible for supporting expectation setting related to scope, timelines and budgets.This position is responsible for ensuring that Vail Resorts generates breakthrough creative strategies, develops world-class creative assets, and executes with high efficiency in partnership with the Creative Development and Production & Asset Management functions on the Creative Services teams. This position will become a subject matter expert in best in class creative, brief templates, GTM processes, timeline management, and maximizing internal vs. external creative making power to drive efficiencies. The successful candidate will lead with a client service mindset, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors, and a variety of cross-functional teams.Essential Responsibilities

Ensure best-in-class briefing practices are adhered to, to inspire creativity, enable efficiency, and allow for agility.

Activate processes that ensure scalability for future growth.

Ensure briefs have the right inputs to develop and deploy content on brand, on schedule and with excellence.

Support the day-to-day relationship, communication updates, and briefing and review processes with primary client(s) and stakeholders (agencies).

Establish strong cross-functional partnership with client(s) to inspire trust and confidence.

Support project scope, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and recaps.

Think out-front to proactively identify future partner and GTM opportunities to evolve processes and find innovative solutions.

In partnership with Sr. Manager and Director participate in annual, quarterly and monthly budget planning to ensure alignment with brand and business strategies, while managing internal and external agency capacity.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar position (marketing, agency account management, project management).

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications) preferred.

Creative agency experience, with understanding of Account Service processes, roles, and responsibilities.

Experience working in Basecamp, LiquidPlanner, Smartsheet, Workfront and other project management tools

Have an eye for Branding and Creative Design

Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting.

Creative Exposure – well-rounded creative development experience including concepting, channel delivery, and production experience across channels and deliverables

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to action on insights and make strategic decisions

Highly organized and able to multi-task complex, unrelated needs of the business.

Experience prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently based on larger goals.

A brave, ambitious, and passionate leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, a commitment to leadership development, and a willingness to embrace change

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $55,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Job Benefits
