As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and overall business success. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely. The territory for this role covers Washington State to Califorinia to New Mexico.The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100,000-$120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.This position is incentive plan eligible. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support

Travel up to 60%

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Bachelor's degree

Experience in technical sales, IT sales, or software sales - specifically AMI or gas system sales

Passion for sales and achieving results

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
