Executive Assistant

Description Responsibilities:

Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and confidentiality.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.

Conduct research, compile data, and create reports or presentations for executive review.

Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members.

Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address issues or challenges as they arise.

Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.

Uphold company policies and standards while representing the executive office professionally.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information, documents, and schedules.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in project management, event coordination, or office administration is a plus.
