Job DescriptionAn Insight Global employer is looking for an Embedded Software Verification Engineer. This position will be responsible for the following:
Create engineering requirements, test protocols, and test environments for next-generation neuromodulation devices.
Develop robust Python code to verify the quality of medical-grade embedded software.
Collaborate with other engineering functions to innovate design and test methodologies.
Work with commercial teams to ensure R&D innovations are effectively executed in projects.
Document engineering processes clearly and concisely, following best practices.
Analyze and enhance BSC methodologies with peers and cross-functional groups.

Experience with source control, project management, and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins).Experience with PCB schematic design and layout, particularly in Altium/OrCAD.Experience planning work-breakdown structures and collaborating with project management to meet functional milestones.Experience working on Class-III/Class-II medical devices or in a similar safety-critical regulated environment (e.g., aerospace, automotive).Familiarity with medical device industry standards such as IEC 62304. nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
