Description Our organization is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a temporary position with the potential for full-time placement.Be part of a fast growing company that wants you to succeed!Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements and documentation
Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
Prepare and post journal entries
Support Accounts Payable and Receivable
Performing internal audits and ensuring compliance with national accounting standards
Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Proven experience as a staff accountant
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in Accounting ERP software such as Netsuite, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of accounting software
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
