We need someone who can prioritize a full workload while maintaining outstanding work quality. Someone who's highly attentive to detail, organized, efficient, and likes learning new skills will excel in this position.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
Bookkeeping & Accounting functions: Assist and support accounts payable, vendor management, accounts receivable, statement emails, transaction auditing for offsite locations, quality control calls, sales reports, annual audit support, daily/weekly deposits into QuickBooks, process complex monthly rent forms and month-end duties.
Inventory Management: Assist and support maintenance of assets and depreciation schedules including tracking, monitoring and booking inventory movement and depreciation.
Payroll Assistance: Assist & support time card collecting, calculating, and other payroll functions.
Project Management: Manage special projects as assigned.
Required Skills, Talents, and Experience:
Accounting and Bookkeeping knowledge – principles of accounting, asset management flow, AP, AR, and basic payroll are a MUST
QuickBooks experience is a MUST; we use QuickBooks Enterprise
Exceptionally accurate data entry skills and a keen eye for detail.
Effective and clear communications
Willingness and desire to learn and grow
Compensation will depend on experience. This position is full-time (40 hours, though some OT may be requested from time to time) and qualifies for enrollment in our company's health, dental, and other insurance plans and receives paid time off along with other perks and benefits.
