Position Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our finance department. This role is crucial in managing financial transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable and payable processes, and maintaining seamless operations within our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.

Maintain complete and organized records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and invoices to ensure timely collections.

Resolve any discrepancies with vendors or clients.

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as needed.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address financial inquiries and maintain smooth operations.

Follow up on asset usage for all talent we represent

File invoices and company receipts

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-2 years) in accounts receivable/payable or a similar finance role.

Proficiency in Quickbooks, and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required (Willing to train the right person)

Experience with Entertainment Accounting is a plus.

Able to work in a multidisciplinary team environment

Self-starter

MUST be available to be in the office during the week (Monday thru Friday)
