Part-Time In-Office Bookkeeper
We are seeking a part-time, in-office Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) skills to join our team. This position requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new systems.
Responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
Reconciling purchase orders and shipments in our inventory control program
Tracking and recording vendor payments
Learning and integrating QBO with our inventory management system
Requirements:
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Accuracy and attention to detail
Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
This is not a typical “black and white” bookkeeping role, it requires adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to understand how different parts of the business connect.
Schedule: Part-time, in-office (Approximately 8-12 hours a week)
Compensation: $26 an hour
