Entrepreneurial Environment - Dynamic setting
Our new Tech company is in the Robotics business.
Previously I started a Tech company in 1997, and retired in 2000. Just me and my bookkeeper. She kept everything organized - and was vital to the success of the company. I retired. She retired too.
Now, I’m looking for the right person to mirror my previous company. I have no idea if we will be as profitable or successful as my last company.
Business Needs:
Help me with new orders, manage payables, receivables, and on-hand inventory, track bank deposits and FedEx inbound and outbound packages … Month end close etc.
Part Time to start:
- positive attitude, pleasant, energetic
- detail focused
- very organized
- Quickbooks experience

We have a nice office setup with stand up mahogany workstations, and a sitting desk position.
We always have music playing, and there’s probably a well behaved dog wandering around too.

Your Workspace: two locations
There’s a secure accounting office for your bookkeeping work, complete with a sit-down workstation and filing cabinets etc.
There’s also a stand-up workstation on the main floor, for all the confetti you’ll be able to assist with during the day.
Total office staff will be less than 4 people
Compensation:
- Agreed Hourly rate
- Profit Bonus paid … based on company profit
About me:
Married to a physician, she and I have two college kids…I started this robotics company a few years ago, and now we have new orders coming in.
I’m looking for somebody who can keep it all organized, build and maintain spotless accurate books, in a dynamic business setting.
