Immediate Hire: Join a Human Resource Company in Ventura. We are growing and are looking for a Staffing Assistant to join our team. Will be responsible for assisting Staffing Coordinators in sourcing of candidates to fill client positions.
Will develop ads on social media platforms, creating flyers, and other related functions utilized to attract new candidates for open positions. Responsibilities will include answering phones, performing data entry into our HR data base, assisting applicants with paperwork, filing and general administrative functions. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, have good communication skills and experience working in excel and word. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a valid California drivers license and ability to work overtime. Hours: 8-5pm Monday-Friday, with overtime as required.
