Children’s World Preschool is a non-denominational school that was started over 50 years ago to give families another option for their child's education. Our goals are to provide an environment and experiences where children feel safe, nurtured, are listened to and heard while exploring their environment with interests generated by the child. We do not teach religion nor celebrate the national holidays in the classrooms.
We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to teach a classroom of 8 children ages 3-3.5 year old Part-Time (Monday-Friday: 25 hours per week) at our preschool.
Teacher responsibilities include: plan and implement a daily curriculum, maintain a safe and orderly environment, become familiar with each child as an individual and treat with respect, supervise the children, maintain written observations of children as well as other various requirements.
This position requires: 18 ECE units completed, experience with children ages 3-3.5, fingerprint clearance, a negative TB Test and proof of MMR, Whooping Cough, Covid-19 and Flu Shot vaccinations. Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
