We are looking for an Architectural Drafter with experience in Residential Projects.
(Potential to upgrade to Commercial Projects)
Responsibilities:
Document as-built plans and recreate CAD drawings
Develop designs into Construction Documents for residential projects
(Experience with commercial projects preferable but not required)
Prepare submittals for Plans review process
Address corrections and resubmittals
Work with City or County officials during Plan-check process
Qualifications:
Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, or similar
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Sketchup experience desirable, but not required
Expectations:
Candidate must have great time management, ability to understand the scope of work and communicate adequately, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
