Fast paced, High End Residential Architectural firm is looking for a self-motivated, team oriented, Architectural Project Manager/Job Captain to fill a full-time employment position. Experience/Skills:
5+ years of experience in an architectural office environment
High level of construction knowledge especially pertaining to custom residential design/construction
Ability to manage and coordinate projects to meet milestones and deadlines
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage entitlement processing a must.
Excellent time management ability.
Residential building code knowledge a must.
